Overview
At Epic Graphic Designs, every product is crafted with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized printings (such as polaroid photos, snapbooks, chocolate wrappers, etc.).
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or defective photo frame or acrylic frame, we will gladly offer an exchange.
Exchanges
- Only applicable for photo frames and acrylic frames.
- Damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
No returns/refunds for customized printed items (snapbooks, wrappers, polaroids, etc.).
To request an exchange, please contact us at epicgraphicdesignz@gmail.com with your order details and product images. Our team will assist you with the exchange process promptly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to epicgraphicdesignz@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
